Terms of Service

- Upfront payment via VGen.
- Please provide visual reference or clear description of what you want me to draw.REVISIONS
- Up to 3 revisions allowed.
- Major revisions (such as changing the pose or props) are only allowed during sketching phase, and minor revisions (color corrections/adjustments or other simple stuff) after coloring phase.
- There might be additional charge if the client want to add more characters/background/props other than what has been agreed and paid previously.
- After final delivery of the files (usually to client's e-mail), the commission will be marked as complete so no more revisions can be made.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Turnaround time is ranged from 2 to 3 weeks, depends on the amount of work required, and the queue. Rush order fees may apply for deadline earlier than 2 weeks.USE
- All commissions are for personal use only, unless you choose the commercial use add-on (streaming / content, merchandise, ads, print, etc).
- I have the right to decline any project if I feel uncomfortable with it or if the request doesn’t follow the ToS.
- I retain all rights over my work.
- I am allowed to post the artworks on my social media accounts.
- Please give a proper credit when you post my work publicly.
- Do not reproduce or resell my work.
- Do not use my art for NFTs or AI purposes.REFUNDS

Process Details

  1. Sketch drawing

  2. Sketch approval (or revision)

  3. Line art and flat-coloring

  4. Colors approval (only minor revision allowed, i.e, color adjustment)

  5. Shading and final touches

  6. File delivery to your e-mail/Discord/Vgen
